- If you are using this basketball rim to replace your original basketball rim on the basketbal hoop (will be installed on the backboard) please check the rim plate measurements on your backboard to ensure compatibility.

- This 18″ basketball rim is of course suitable for our Dripex adult basketball hoops. (not suitable for Dripex kids basketball hoops). It can also be installed in the garage backyard or anywhere else you want to use it on its own
- NOTE: If you are installing this product on your portable basketball hoop since our rim is made of solid steel this rim will be much heavier than your original basketball rim. In order to prevent the basketball hoop from tipping over please make sure there is enough weight on your base
